Another record day for Wisconsin with 5,700+ new COVID-19 cases and 52 deaths

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin health officials reported Tuesday, Nov. 3, another 52 COVID-19 deaths and more than 5,700 new cases.
The numbers are record-breaking.
