MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A church on Milwaukee's northwest side hosted the city's annual ceasefire sabbath breakfast on Wednesday morning.
"As the weather gets warmer and today's a beautiful day, but we know that means there's more activity outside. And we want to make sure that the faith community is partnering with the city to do everything we can to make this a safe summer," said Mayor Barrett.
Not only the faith community, but youth and education leaders joined the mayor to talk about preventing violence in the summer months.
