Animal rights group will discuss cruelty charges against Wisconsin dairy farm Friday

MILWAUKEE -- Four farm workers in Wisconsin are now charged with animal cruelty.

They worked at the Wiese Brothers Farm in Brown County.  They have been charged with 11 counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty.  This video became public in December.  The group \"Mercy for Animals\"  -- which promotes a vegetarian lifestyle -- released it..  It was shot by an investigator who was posing as an employee. If convicted those workers could face up to 9 months in jail and 10-thousand dollars in fines.

Wiese Brothers supplied milk to a Baraboo-based company that in turn supplied chese for DiGiorno pizza.  Those ties were cut after the video surfaced.

The group will hold a press conference in milwaukee at 11:00 am Friday.
