MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Valentine's Day event for animal lovers took place at Milwaukee's Westin Hotel Friday night.
People got a chance to pose with puppies.
"For people to stop and cuddle with animals, do the kissing booth for Valentine's Day to get some puppy kisses," said Billy Zakrzewski of the Wisconsin Humane Society.
The event was a fundraising collaboration between the humane society and Milwaukee Hotel Collection.
People paid $5 for pictures and puppy kisses.
All proceeds help homeless animals in the community.
The Milwaukee Hotel Collection is matching the donations raised Friday.
