Andrew Obregon's mugshot released; criminal charges pending

Lake County Sheriff's Department released the mugshot of Andrew Obregon on October 14 after he had been captured on October 13.
Criminal charges are pending for Obregon in the homicide investigation.
Hours after the apprehension of murder suspect Andrew Obregon, Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth said that everyone in his community "can sleep better tonight" with news of the capture.
