MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Anchor Press, Paper & Print will host a public fundraising event featuring printmaking activities, sales and an exhibition at Grove Gallery in Milwaukee. The event is scheduled to support AP3’s expansion into additional space within the Brasslight building.
Board members Rachel Foster and Darnell Hamilton joined us Thursday, June 5 to discuss the goals of the event, which will take place Saturday, June 7 from 1 to 5 p.m. at 832 S. 5th St.
Limited-edition portfolios curated by Nikki Otten, along with community-made prints and screenprinted textiles, will be available for purchase. Proceeds will help support AP3’s mission of public education and access in printmaking and papermaking. Admission is free.
