UPDATE: AMBER Alert canceled after missing 15-year-old girl found safe

SHAWANO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The AMBER Alert issued for Angel Tomow has been canceled. 

Authorities say the 15-year-old girl has been found safe.

SHAWANO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 15-year-old girl from Shawano Wisconsin. 

Angel Tomow, also known as Angel Madosh, was last seen at her home on December 31, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Authorities say she has not been in direct contact with her family since that date. Law enforcement has reason to believe she is now in extreme danger. She may be in the Milwaukee or Chicago areas.

The identity of a suspect is not known at this time.

Angel is Native American, 5'0 tall, 100 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call an emergency tipline at 877-763-3313. 

Wisconsin now has two active AMBER Alerts. An alert for 13-year-old Jayme Closs was issued on October 15, 2018.
