WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New surveillance video shows a suspect who police say carjacked a driver delivering for Amazon near 94th and Lapham Saturday.

Video from the security camera shows the delivery driver turning onto a dead end street, with the suspect's vehicle following. The carjacking only took about three minutes.

Police say the suspect made off with 20 Amazon packages inside waiting to be delivered, plus the driver's keys and wallet.

"It's insane. It's insane to think something like that could happen that quickly," said neighbor Suzzette Grisham.

Grisham says she bought security to guard against her own packages from being taken. Now her cameras are being used to help police find this car.

The victim's car that was taken is a 2015, white Hyundai Tucson.

"I've heard of thefts happening late at night and stuff like that, but yeah, broad daylight," said neighbor Vince Fleischman.

Officers on scene Saturday told Suzzette the suspect pulled into a driveway where a delivery was being made as though they lived there, before pulling a gun.

"It's a bigger reality when it happens right on your block, when it's at your front door," Fleischman added.

Amazon provided CBS 58 with a statement about the robbery that said, "This is a terrible incident and we are thankful the delivery driver is safe. Amazon will work with law enforcement as they investigate.”
