MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- March is a month of tournament-focused festivities, most famously the NCAA basketball bracket. Undoubtedly, a great deal of cheese will be eaten in Wisconsin while watching the big games, so Wisconsin's 75th "Alice in Dairyland," Taylor Schaefer is hoping to get in on the tournament fun with a Wisconsin favorite: cheese.
To recognize some of the most popular cheeses in the state, Schaefer is hosting the "Wisconsin Artisan Bracket" and she joined us on Wednesday, March 8 to discuss it in more detail.
The bracket features 16 of Wisconsin's most popular artisan cheeses, with matchups taking place on social media platforms. Wisconsin residents and cheese lovers from around the world are invited to participate and cast their votes to see which cheese rises to the top.
