WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin's Department of Justice says it's preparing for the threat of voter intimidation this November.
Attorney General Josh Kaul issued a reminder Monday, Oct. 19, that doing so is a crime.
He says he wants Wisconsin voters to know that they can cast their ballots safely.
"People can count on the results we'll have from this election," Kaul said.
The attorney general went on to address the threat of voter fraud in Wisconsin, describing the risk as "extremely low."
