Adults fighting terminal illness get their eternal wish

Getting their eternal wish.

Adults fighting terminal illnesses were the guest of honor Tuesday night at the Pabst Brewery.

The Eternal Wish foundation put the event together. It's something like Make-A-Wish only for adults.

One man from Green Bay with stage four kidney cancer is getting tickets to a fishing charter in Algoma.

\"It's the dream of a lifetime,\" Gary Delzer told CBS 58 News. \"This is very special to me and lots of happiness.\"

Tom Chirafisi is the Founder of Eternal Wish. He started it in memory of his grandmother who had terminal cancer.

He explained the mission this way for the people involved.

\"They're getting that new life and they're exceeding their doctor's expectations.\"

The Eternal Wish Foundation has a big fundraiser coming up September 18th at the University Club.

Miss Wisconsin 2012, Kate Gorman, will host  the \"Night of Wishes\" gala.
