MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Stacy Oatman from the Wisconsin Humane Society featured Rooney on CBS 58 Tuesday morning, Sept. 7.
Rooney is a male, a 4-year-old dog at the humane society's Milwaukee Campus.
