Admirals stay hot, win eighth straight game

Make it eight for the Milwaukee Admirals. The streaking Admirals won again on Saturday, this time a 5-1 win over the Iowa Wild at Panther Arena.

The Admirals winning streak has helped them move into third place in the Central Division as the team prepares for a hopeful playoff run.

Cole Schneider scored two goals for the Admirals and helped his team dominate the Wild.

The Admirals now have 83 points, a two point lead over Manitoba and Iowa in the Central Division. The first-place Chicago Wolves have already clinched a playoff spot with 97 points.

Up next for the Admirals is another home game on Tuesday when they host the Rockford IceHogs at 7 p.m.
