MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Admirals are off to a hot start this season with seven wins. If you want to be a part of the action in person, they will play two home games this weekend at Panther Arena. Friday is themed Barn Night.

"We actually play the [Manitoba] Moose on Friday night, so that petting zoo is right outside their locker room so it's a good place for that," said Jon Greenberg, Admirals President.

Saturday, the team will return to the ice for Dog Day. Tickets for your dog cost just $5.

"We get dogs of all shapes and sizes from the Great Dane all the way down to the purse dog," said Greenberg. "The national anthem is usually pretty interesting because the howling starts when the singing starts."

It may be the game time excitement off the ice that gets people some families in the door, but Greenberg says it's the hockey that will have them hooked.

"At the end of the day, it's the hockey that's going to drive what's going on and if people see a winning product, they want to be a part of it," he said.

Tickets are still available for the games on both Friday and Saturday.
