Acting Police Chief Jeffrey Norman to be interviewed for permanent position Oct. 7

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's acting police chief, Jeffrey Norman, will be interviewed for the permanent position next week.

The Fire and Police Commission announced the Oct. 7 virtual interview on Thursday, Sept. 30.

The public will have a chance to watch the interview and comment when it's over.

The commission will then hold community meetings during October before voting on whether to appoint Norman at a meeting some time in November.
