MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Marquette University will no longer require prospective students to take the ACT or SAT test.
The University says for some students, four years of high school and other activities can easily replace four hours taking a test.
Marquette now joins 100 national universities, as well as a growing number of jesuit universities that have removed the test as an admission requirement.
The policy goes into effect for the fall 202 semester.
