A young driver is killed in fiery crash on Milwaukee’s south side

A 22-year-old man was killed early Sunday morning in a fiery car crash on the south side of Milwaukee.   According to the Milwaukee Police, the man was driving his Chevrolet Impala at a high rate of speed, northbound on S Chase Avenue when the car jumped the curb, struck a tree and caught fire in the area of E. Dakota Street.   The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.   A 21-year-old passenger received what is described as non-life threatening injuries.  The Milwaukee Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
