BELOIT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Loved ones are waiting for answers after a Milwaukee mother was found dead in Beloit.
Friends and family remembered Nakiela Thompson at a candlelight vigil on Monday evening.
The 27-year-old was found dead at a truck stop last week. Police are calling her death suspicious.
Thompson's father says authorities haven't told him how she died and he says that it's not like her to leave home without identification.
"I know one thing for certain, my daughter was not suicidal. She's not going to do anything to herself. She was full of life. She loved to party. She loved to have fun. She was a vibrant person," said Robert Thompson, Nakiela's father.
An autopsy was performed last week. Stay with CBS 58 News for more information as this story develops.
