Milwaukee (CBS 58)--A new self-defense class for kids arms youngsters with ways to protect themselves while learning about self-discipline and control. The Monkey Bar Gym in Milwaukee's Third Ward started offering this one-hour session just this year. Children as young as five years old can sign up to learn various techniques about staying out of harms way. The acronym "BYE" is a major focus of what's being taught.
The self-defense class is typically offered every third Sunday of the month with even more classes expected in the near future. To learn about this kid's session or what other class you can take at Monkey Bar Gym, just click here.
