Henry Ellenson put up one of his most impressive games of the season on a very big stage.
Playing in New York City a day after a winter-weather postponement, Ellenson scored 16 points and added 18 rebounds in a 78-73 Marquette win over St. John's Sunday.
Duane Wilson led MU with 17 points, and the Golden Eagles opened up a 17 point advantage in the second half. St. John's closed the gap late in the game with a couple of three pointers, but MU held on and snapped its three game losing skid. The Red Storm have lost 10 straight games.
