Two Kettle Moraine High School students accused of sending 'racially insensitive' Snapchat

WALES, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two Kettle Moraine High School students will be referred on one count of disorderly conduct to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office after sending a 'racially insensitive' Snapchat image on Friday, Sept. 4.

According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, police began investigating the incident after being made aware around 5 p.m. 

Police say the two juvenile students from Kettle Moraine High School sent the Snapchat image to another juvenile student from the school.
