MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's a huge labor shortage right now, so you've probably noticed the "help wanted" signs at, what seems like, every business around.

"Seniors Helping Seniors" hires active seniors to provide care services to their less active counterparts.
Karl Ralian owns the "Seniors Helping Seniors" franchise serving Southeast Wisconsin.
He joined CBS 58 to discuss his experience employing older people and why he says more businesses should do it.
