Rupena's Fine Foods nears 100 years while embracing change — and going viral on TikTok

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) - The Fourth of July may just be the perfect excuse for you to make a stop at Rupena's Fine Foods in West Allis. Maybe it's the viral chicken salad or the new café serving lunch and dinner that gets you through the door.

Rupena's 100-year anniversary is quickly approaching, and they're embracing some new changes while holding on to the traditional grocery store and butcher shop people love. From fresh, homemade salads and sides to sausages and meats with good ingredients, they have everything for your holiday cookout, including the viral chicken salad that Maria Rupena says they can't keep in stock after a local influencer posted it on TikTok.
