Fatal crash near 41st and Oklahoma after car hits tree

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is dead after a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree near 41st and Oklahoma in Milwaukee.
The driver was the only one is the car at the time.
Officials identified the victim as a 27-year-old Milwaukee man
Milwaukee police say speed and alcohol are suspected factors in the crash.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The medical examiner was called to a crash near 41st and Oklahoma in Milwaukee.
It happened Wednesday morning around 12:22 a.m.
CBS58 witnessed a car, crushed and on the front lawn of a home.
