Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Sophie
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Three right lanes on I-894 westbound at 92nd were closed for nearly two hours due to a crash involving an MCSO squad car, injuring a deputy around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6.
According to officials, around 2:30 a.m., MSCO deputies joined a vehicle pursuit that was initiated by the Franklin Police Department at 6th and Drexel.
One MCSO squad crashed during the pursuit westbound I-43 west of 84th.
The squad car was seen crashed upon the guard rails. Emergency crews were on scene.
Officials say the squad sustained major damage and the deputy suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.
All affected lanes have since reopened.
