96-year-old WWII veteran receives honorary diploma from Waterford Union HS

Courtesy: Waterford Union High School WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- A WWII veteran received his high school diploma Thursday, March 18.
Waterford Union High School board members and administrators awarded 96-year-old Raymond Schaefer his diploma.
Raymond attended school at the Racine County School of Agriculture through his sophomore year.
He left his family by serving in WWII.
Raymond has told people he regrets quitting high school and often times wishes he had a high school diploma.
