9 PM Update: New Winter Weather Advisory
Temperatures across the majority of the area have risen into the low to middle 30 this evening; however, icing is still occurring on elevated surfaces and side streets, so the NWS has reissued the Winter Weather Advisory until 6 am. Side roads and sidewalks continue to be icy; however, main roads and interstates are overall just wet. Of curse elevated ramps will have some icing.
The other issue tonight will be the low clouds and fog. Visibility will also be reduced tonight, so please take it slow. Rain will wrap-up by Tuesday afternoon with highs in the middle 30s.
