80-year-old hit by car near 68th and Wells, investigation underway

CBS 58 WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say an 80-year-old woman is seriously injured after being hit by a car near 68th and Wells in Wauwatosa Friday, Feb. 13.
Officers responded to the scene around 2:38 p.m.
The driver is being investigated for operating under the influence, according to Wauwatosa police.
The woman was taken to the hospital with "substantial" injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
