80-year-old dies after slamming into back of truck on I-41

At 2:07 PM on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 a car slammed into the back of a box truck on I-41 north just north of County Highway B near Fond du Lac.
Traffic going north was backed up due to another crash. The box truck started slowing due to the back up, but the passenger car did not stop in time and slammed into the truck.
The 80-year-old driver from Antigo of the car suffered fatal injures and two occupants of the truck suffered minor injuries.
