63-year-old Winnebago man arrested for 10th OWI offense

ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 63-year-old Bruce Henningield from Winnebago, Wisconsin has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 10th offense. 

At around 4:05 on Friday, Jan. 12, Wisconsin State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a reckless driver southbound on I-39/90 near Janesville. According to a release, troopers located the vehicle after it slid off the highway, and troopers determined the driver exhibited signs of impairment. After evaluation, troopers placed the 63-year-old under arrest for 10th OWI offense. The driver was also charged with driving while revoked and operating without an ignition interlock device.
