59-year-old shot near 40th and Lloyd, police seek known suspect

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating after a 59-year-old man was shot near 40th and Lloyd on Sunday, Dec. 29.
Authorities say the shooting happened just before 1 a.m. during a verbal dispute with a known suspect.
The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
