57-Year-old mentally disabled Racine man, found dead

 mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"\">Racine police have called off the search for 57-year-old Ruben Santos after being contacted by a person stating they had located him in a semi-wooded area north of the 5100 block of 21st street.



normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"\">According to Racine police, Santos was deceased.


line-height:normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"\">This is currently an active death investigation; however, at this point, there is no indication of foul play.


normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"\">Ruben originally went missing near the group home where he lived on December 22, just one block south of where his body was found.


line-height:normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"\">He was identified as a missing endangered adult because he suffered from a

severe brain injury that affected his mental capacity.
