55-year-old Sheboygan man dies after semi-tractor fails to stop at stop sign

The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a fatal crash in the Town of Sheboygan Falls.

Crews responded shortly after 7 a.m. on Tuesday.

The crash happened at the intersection of County Road C and County Road TT in the Town of Sheboygan Falls.

Deputies discovered that a semi-tractor was southbound on County Road TT and an SUV was westbound on County Road C.

The semi –tractor failed to yield from the stop sign, pulling into the path of the SUV. The operator and only occupant of the semi-tractor was not injured. The driver and only occupant of the SUV died at the scene as a result of injuries sustained. The operator of the SUV is a 55-year-old Town of Sheboygan man.

The crash remains under investigation.
