55-year-old man shot Friday evening

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Friday evening around 8:45 p.m. Milwaukee Police officers were called to a shooting near 33rd and Vliet.

A 55-year-old man was talking to someone he knew when that man shot him. The victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The Milwaukee Fire Department treated the victim and took him to the hospital.

Milwaukee Police are searching for the suspect.
