Fifty degrees is possible for the first time since the end of January! Monday will be the warmest day of February which has so far been a chilly month and well below average. Highs are expected to reach the upper 40s to around 50.
In order for us to see all that warmth we will need a big wind with gusts to 30 mph out of the west. The wind calms down a bit the rest of the week with a shifting wind Tuesday and Wednesday from 5-15 mph.
Monday also has the chance to see some light precipitation with a chance for isolated showers. The best timing for any showers we see will be Monday evening and Monday night but should all wrap up before daybreak on Tuesday.
Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to track another chance for rain later in the week.
