40-Year-Old Ejected from Car after Serious Accident in Milwaukee

Milwaukee Police are investigating a serious injury accident that happened around 11:30 PM on April 11 near North 107th Street and West Villa Avenue. The victim was traveling northbound on North 107th Street in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix with his lights off at a high rate of speed.

The victim lost control of his vehicle as he swerved to get around another northbound auto and struck a tree. The victim, a 40-year-old man, was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.  

He was transported from the scene to a local hospital for treatment.

The occupants of the other car were not injured.

Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in this accident.
