4 Wisconsin Men Charged with Sexual Assault of a Girl

MONROE, Wis. -(Channel 3000) Four Green County men are accused of sexually assaulting the same underage Belleville girl, according to criminal complaints related to a Department of Justice investigation.

Dustin Kenneth Weber, 33, of New Glarus, is charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child, threats to injure and two counts each of second-degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement. William Ross Viney, 24, of Monticello, is charged with child enticement and three counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Eric C. Wade, 26, of Belleville, is charged with three counts each of child enticement and second-degree sexual assault of a child. Jonathon Todd Sutherland, 22, of Albany, is charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement.

Investigators said they found Facebook messages between the victim and the four men from 2014, some of which are sexually explicit and some indicating plans to schedule liaisons.

The complaints against the men describe numerous sexual encounters at various locations with each of the men.

The men were in court last week and each is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in the coming weeks.
