Western Lakes Fire District VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Fire officials are urging the public to exercise caution after a water rescue in the Village of Dousman Thursday, Feb. 19.
First responders were called to the area near Red Pine Circle around 1:43 p.m. for an initial report of an ice fisher in the water.
A second report indicated two people had fallen through the ice, and neighbors were trying to rescue them, according to Western Lakes Fire District. After further reports, it was determined that four people had fallen through the ice.
Upon arrival, the fire department says everyone in the water had been rescued; three people were evaluated following the incident.
