39-year-old killed in Milwaukee fatal shooting near 39th and Townsend

MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 39-year-old is dead after a shooting near 39th and Townsend.

Police were called to the scene shortly after 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9. 

Emergency crews took the victim to a local hospital where they died. 

The investigation remains ongoing as police continue to search for suspect(s).
