MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner is investigating the death of a 38-year-old woman that may be related to cold weather.
The woman was found frozen in her apartment near 14th and Hayes which was not heated and pronounced dead on Wednesday, January 30 around 7:30 p.m.
An investigation revealed that the woman's thermostat malfunctioned.
An autopsy has been scheduled for later on Thursday.
