35-year-old Milwaukee man arrested after driving drunk and jumping out of car on freeway

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Just after noon on Valentine's Day, a Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a car for speeding in a construction zone. The driver did not have a license and got mad that his car would be towed.

There were two adults and a 3-year-old as passengers in the car. Neither of the adults had drivers licenses.

The driver jumped out of his car and Deputies took the passengers off the freeway when they noticed the smell of alcohol on the driver's breath.

35-year-old Milwaukee man Jeffrey Robinson blew a Breathalyzer of 0.15 and was arrested for his first OWI.
