MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A crash involving a wrong-way driver in the Marquette Interchange Friday morning, left three people injured - one critically, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
Officials say it happened around 5:15 a.m. when a Chevy Malibu, occupied by two people, entered the freeway the wrong way, up the St. Paull off-ramp and onto 794.
The sheriff's office says the Malibu struck a Chevy Equinox occupied by one person, who is said to be hospitalized and in critical condition.
MCSO says the occupants of the striking vehicle are both hospitalized with unknown injuries and conditions.
The crash remains under investigation.
