3 gunshot victims arrive at Kenosha hospitals, 1 dead
KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police say a 19-year-old man is dead, and two others were treated for injuries after arriving at area hospitals with gunshot wounds Tuesday night, June 13.
Shortly after 10 p.m., police say a local hospital informed officers they were treating two gunshot victims who arrived at the hospital on their own.
A 21-year-old victim was taken to a hospital in Milwaukee with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The 19-year-old victim died before he could be flown to Milwaukee.
Authorities say they were then notified that another Kenosha hospital was treating a gunshot victim -- a 20-year-old with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officials say they believe they've located the crime scene and are attempting to piece together what led to the "presumed homicide" of the 19-year-old man.
