3 arrested in Wauwatosa after police pursuit
WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Three people were arrested in Wauwatosa early Thursday morning following a pursuit by two different departments.
It happened around 1 a.m.
According to the West Allis Police Department, officers attempted to stop an unregistered white Honda with heavily tinted windows in the area of S. 76th St. and W. Lapham St. The operator of the vehicle fled from officers. As the car approached Wauwatosa, the West Allis Police Department terminated its pursuit.
Wauwatosa officers spotted the vehicle near W. Burleigh St and N. 76th St and re-initiated the pursuit.
Police deployed a tire deflation device and was able to stop the vehicle near W. North Ave and N. 40 St.
No one was injured during either pursuit.
The three subjects were taken into custody and turned over to West Allis Police Department.
