MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --The 58-year-old man who was shot and killed Tuesday, Jan. 13 has been identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as Patrick Kelly Davis of Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place near 38th and North on Tuesday, Jan. 13. 

Authorities were called to the scene just before 2:30 p.m. 

According to police, a 58-year-old victim was fatally shot. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
