21-Year-Old Killed After Confrontation Near Sherman and Burleigh

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police responded to a shooting that resulted in a homicide yesterday night around 11:30 pm.
The victim was confronted by the suspect and words were exchanged. As some point during the confrontation, the suspect shot the victim and fled from the scene.
The victim, a 21-year-old male, was taken to a local hospital where he died from the gunshot injury.
Milwaukee Police are seeking a person of interest in this shooting.
