2 people injured in separate overnight shootings

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings that happened Tuesday night, Jan. 18, and left two people injured.

The first happened around 9:39 p.m. near 42nd and Lisbon Ave. A 33-year-old Milwaukee man sustained a single gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital where he is expected to survive. The circumstances surrounding the shooting appear to be argument related. Milwaukee police are seeking an unknown suspect in relation to the shooting. 

A second shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. near 5th and Concordia Ave. A 29-year-old Milwaukee man sustained multiple gunshot wounds and presented himself to a local hospital where he is expected to survive. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation. Milwaukee police are seeking an unknown suspect in relation to the shooting.
