2 more arrests in murder of Emilio Garza, beloved Milwaukee corn vendor

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's been two more arrests in the murder of a well-known known food vendor on Milwaukee's south side. 

Emilio Garza, 52, was shot to death during an armed robbery near 11th and Grant on Aug. 28. 

Antoine Alphonse, 31, was already charged with killing Garza. 

Wednesday, Sept. 16, Milwaukee police say two 17-year-olds were arrested in connection to Garza's death. 

Diamond P. Harris was charged with one count of Felony Murder – Armed Robbery – Party to a Crime, one count of Armed Robbery – Party to a Crime and two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent – Party to a Crime. If convicted, he could face up to 107 years in prison and fined up to $210,000.

Jeremiah Johnson (not pictured) was charged with two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent – Party to a Crime. If convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison and fined up to $20,000.
