2 Men Severely Burned after Gas Explosion Flown to Milwaukee

WAUPACA, Wis. (WSAW) --- Two men were severely burned following a gas explosion Friday near Waupaca.

Around 12:31 p.m, dispatched received the report of an explosion inside a home on Erickson Road in the Township of Farmington.

According to a news release, the explosion caused part of the home to lift of its foundation.

Both men were transported to a burn center in Milwaukee.

The explosion is under investigation by the State Fire Marshall.
