17-year-old shot near 76th and Bobolink early Sunday morning

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday, Dec. 19, near 76th and Bobolink.

Officials say the shooting happened at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police report that the victim, a 17-year-old Milwaukee man, suffered non-fatal gunshot injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are reportedly under investigation.

Milwaukee police say they continue to seek unknown suspects in the case.
